Hans-Jörg Fischer
Since 1996 Hans-Jörg Fischer works as a consultant and since then looks into the subject of most diverse problems. After his graduation in computer sciences at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) distributed software systems and application integration are his primary fields of work. His major interests are the ongoing technology trends and their adaptability in the daily practice. He emphasizes on Microsoft.NET, WebServices and BizTalk.
 


 

 

Jens Gerecke
Jens Gerecke works for Microsoft Germany in Hamburg as a technology consultant for key accounts since 2000.His strategic topics are Microsoft Application Platform, Process and Data integration especially BizTalk Server as well as the .Net technology. After his graduation in computer sciences electronics in Saxon Mittweida he had the opportunity to collect a wide range of practical experience. After an employment as development engineer for hard- and software in the textile industry he was employed for several years in a medium-sized IT-consultant firm as project manager for ERP implementation and ERP-system adjustment.
 
 

 
Uwe Geiges
Since 1997 Uwe Geiges works as a software developer and integration specialist. After his graduation in communication engineering at the Technical College in Offenburg he specialized in technologies for distributed software systems. Highlights are XML-web services, Microsoft .Net, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server as well as Microsoft Office Integration with back end systems, especially with Microsoft Information Bridge Framework.
 
 

 

Dr.-Ing. Markus Herm
In 2000 Dr.-Ing. Markus Herm graduated in production science at the University of Karlsruhe. Since then he joined the Institute for Production Science (WBK) of the University of Karlsruhe (TH) as an academic assistant in the department of production information technology and quality management and subsequently in the area of research for production systems. In this function he worked amongst others as the coordinator of main research in virtual production. His line of action included business to business demand-oriented provision of information and communication, the provision of information in virtual worlds as well as the concept of exchange requirements in business-to business global processing chains. In addition to these projects he worked on the analyses of applications of BizTalk in manufacturing enterprises. In 2006 he finished his PhD on “Configuration of value added networks on the basis of business capabilities. Since February 2007 he is Member of the Board in his function as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BizT@lk AG.
 

 

 
Dr. Karl-Heinz Sternemann
After his graduation in engineering Dr.-Ing. Karl-Heinz Sternemann worked in different leading positions in the industry. Parallel to his employment he promoted on the topic of “Team-information system – an article on tailored delivery of information in decentralizes structures”. Subsequently Dr. Sternemann worked as academic assistant and group leader in the Institute of Machine Tools and Industrial Engineering (wbk) at the University of Karlsruhe (TH). His main focus was e-business, e-manufacturing as well as simulation and optimizing with Petri nets and nature analog algorithms. Dr. Sternemann founded the BizTalk AG, Competence Center, Karlsruhe. He is the CEO of this enterprise, a Microsoft MVP and Business Guest in the office of the CTO, Microsoft Corp., Redmond.
 

Alexander Kunze
Since 1993 he works as a consultant on diverse projects. After his graduation from the University of Cooperative Education Karlsruhe (BA) he studied different technologies and architectures. His emphasis is on C++, diverted Systems and XML technologies. Furthermore he possesses valuable knowledge in Microsoft .Net and Microsoft BizTalk Server environment. Since 2004 Alexander Kunze is a free lancer for the BizTalk AG.
 
 
Wolfgang Himmelsbach Wolfgang Himmelsbach
Already during his studies at the university he was busy as a developer with diverse software projects. After his graduation in electrical engineering from the University of Karlsruhe (TH) he intensively worked with Web technologies, which built the emphasis in his work assignments. From 1998 – 2002 he worked as a software developer for the Walldorf SAP specialist REALTECH. 2003 he joined BizT@lk AG as a Development Architect, being responsible for parts of the development of the System management products. Since 2006 he is a Software Architect at the BizTalk AG . His emphasis is on Microsoft.Net (ASP, VB, C#), Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Reporting Services and Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006.
